Negotiate and manage sponsor benefits: logo on Future Entertainment website, 3 x EDMs to 40,000 subscriber database, use of Summadayze logo, 10 x VIP and After Party tickets, ad in event program, rotating logo on  DJ screen, access for roaming promotion team, 10m x 10m activation space selling merchandise and hosting DJ Skool, filming and usage rights for festival content

Negotiate and manage additional benefits: signage in main arena and VIP areas, 50 metres of scrim signage around venue

Produce supporting material: GRLmobile Frontrow EDMs and GRLmobile website editorial

Develop and implement bounce back and interaction strategy: photos were taken of people at Summadayze, who were then provided with a card to advising them how to view the images on the GRLmobile website; the EDM advising people that the photos were live achieved a 53% open rate and 61% click through rate
